Logistics People are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team.
Location: Basildon, Great Bear
Working Hours:
• Monday - Friday 22:00 - 06:00 Shifts Available
Pay rate: £12.60 P/hr + £1.91 shift allowance per hour
Position: Warehouse Operative
Logistics People are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Basildon, based at our Great bear site.
As a Warehouse Operative for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including sweeping and disposing of debris.
• Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail.
• Heavy lifting Involved.
• Assisting with other duties as assigned by management.
• Participating in any required training sessions to enhance job knowledge and skills.
• Loading and Unloading vehicles with scrap tyres.
• Handballing involved
• Counterbalance or Reach Truck experience would be beneficial for this role.
• All training is provided for this role
Our ideal candidate:
• Able to work as a part of a team and be self-managed when necessary.
• Able to comply with Health and Safety policies on site.
• Ability to work accurately and methodically.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
