McGinley Support Services are hiring an experienced Rubber Duck Operator to join the team on one of the UK's most ambitious infrastructure projects - HS2 in Birmingham.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Excavations & Earthworks
* Material Handling & Site Preparation
* Daily Maintenance Checks
* Ensuring Safety Compliance
* Working closely with site teams
* Supporting general duties when not operating

You'll also be expected to maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates to keep operations running smoothly.

What's In It For You:
£23.00 p/h PAYE Direct
£30.59 p/h Overtime (after 10 hours daily)
£34.50 p/h Weekends

Requirements:
✅ Valid CPCS A59B Qualification
✅ Experience working on large-scale civil projects preferred
✅ Flexibility and a team-first attitude
✅ Proven experience as a Rubber Duck Operator
