A Vacancy at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.
We have a permanent role for an experienced Head of BSOL Contracts within the Contract Team, working on a mixture of income and expenditure contracts and service level agreements.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive support service to the Head of Healthcare and Commissioned Contracts to ensure the BSOL contracting function is planned, highly organised and run efficiently and effectively. The post holder will take the senior lead responsibility in the preparation, negotiation and management of the Trust’s complex portfolio of contracts
The post holder will also manage and assist in the delivery and reporting of the Performance Reviews, annual contract negotiation process including any external reporting functions. In addition, they will represent and act as senior ambassador for the Contract Team in relation to contractual matter at provider meetings and other external forums as and when required, developing and maintaining a good working relationship with commissioners, clinical and service leads.
