Experience
Proven experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar role is essential.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
Familiarity with database management and data analysis tools is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information.
