Summary

Skills Provision is seeking to appoint a Chef for a prestigious position based in Westminster, London.

Working Pattern
Five days per week, divided as follows:
• Operational Duties: Thursday to Saturday
• Creative and Development Work: Two office-based days, focusing on marketing, branding, and culinary innovation

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and execute the delivery of an exclusive, high-calibre dining service during operational days
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance and evolve the restaurant’s concept and menus
• Participate in creative initiatives including branding, marketing, and venue development
• Uphold exceptional culinary standards and ensure each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience

Candidate Requirements
• Creative, driven, and passionate about gastronomy and the overall dining journey
• Prior experience within high-end or conceptually innovative establishments is highly desirable
• Organised and dependable with a meticulous approach to detail
• Demonstrates natural leadership and commands professional respect
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence
