Summary
Qualified Montessori nursery teacher is required in Walthamstow for immediate start.
We are looking for a Qualified Montessori Teacher to join our clients team in Walthamstow London.
This role would suit anybody that has experience as an Early Years Teacher, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Teacher, Apprentice Educator, Nursery Educator or Nursery Assistant.
Qualifications:
• Level 3 Montessori Pedagogy qualification (or other full and relevant Montessori qualification)
• Experience of working in a nursery or childcare setting
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
Daily duties:
• Providing high-quality care and Montessori education to children aged 2-5
• Creating a nurturing and safe environment which children can learn and grow
• Observing and assessing children's development and identifying any areas of concern
• Collaborating with parents and staff members to support the children's individual needs
• Maintaining accurate records for the children's progress and development
• Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children
