Summary

To ensure the estate is managed and maintained, we need an experienced administrator to support the Property Maintenance Managers and Property Support Manager with reactive maintenance, scheduled works, and compliance of the estate.

About you:

  • An experienced administrator, preferably within a maintenance/property/estates environment.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks in order of importance.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate information to a wide range of people.
  • A good eye for detail, ensuring databases are maintained with the correct details and kept up to date.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel and Teams.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Can work with a process and move actions forward confidently.
