We are seeking a motivated Store Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our store, assist with customer orders, and provide outstanding customer service. This role involves helping to ensure the smooth processing of orders, maintaining store organisation, and responding to customer enquiries effectively. The Store Assistant will also carry out various tasks as directed by the Store Manager or other members of the management team.
The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and will often work on their own. They must also have strong knowledge of all major social media platforms to help promote the store, engage with customers online, and support our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily store operations
Support order processing and customer service tasks
Help maintain a clean, organised, and efficient store environment
Engage with customers and promote the store across social media channels
Work on their own and take initiative to ensure tasks are completed
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to work on their own and manage time effectively
Proficient in using major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
