Our client is a leading machinery equipment supplier who upgrade and manufacture products for a variety of industries. Due to internal movements in the business, they are looking for a workshop supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop
  • Plan and schedule tasks- ensuring jobs are completed in line with customer's requirements
  • Assist the production team in managing the workload
  • Providing hands-on engineering support where necessary

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Have a strong engineering background- with knowledge and experience of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Have experience in a leadership position
  • Have experience working with plant or heavy machinery
  • Full right to work in the UK
