Summary

Assist with the admin in respect of all SDN programmes which will include booking venues, liaising with facilitators and delegates, preparing events for booking onto the website and requesting feedback Deal with email and telephone calls and enquiries and direct them to the relevant team member if necessary Arrange meetings, book venues, prepare agenda/attendance lists, take minutes and type up and distribute with agreed timescales Be proficient in the use of IT systems including MS Office Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel To work effectively both independently and as a team member Responsible for own mandatory training requirements Cover other admin duties within the team as necessary Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa.Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
