Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Student Enrichment Officer within the Student Enrichment Team at Leicester College. As a Student Enrichment Officer, you will use your skills to engage with students to develop activities within our three social spaces. You will supervise and manage the students in the social spaces. You will liaise with students and support the Student Liaison Officers to implement activities that enrich students' experiences. You will use information gathered from students to make recommendations for activities, keep records of social space usage and ensure that spaces are safe and secure. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills. Candidates need to be creative, organised and have good timekeeping skills. You will need to work flexibly and effectively as part of a team to deliver a high-quality student experience. The successful candidate will:Have a level 2 vocational qualification with recent and relevant experience of working with young people.Have achieved a level 2 or equivalent qualification in Maths and English. Hold a level 2 qualification in IT or have equivalent experience. Working Pattern will be:Mon - Wed 10am - 1.30pm, Thursday 10am - 2pm, Friday 10am - 1.30pm.Closing: 5 May 2025Interviews: 16 May 2025
