Summary

Customer Operations Advisor - Bradford

£13.06p/h

07:30 - 16:15 Monday - Thursday, 07:30 - 15:00 Friday, 40 hours/week, 30 mins lunch

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • The main responsibilities of this role are administration based, inputting orders and booking stock on the in-house systems
  • Email and phone correspondence with suppliers
  • Expediting orders in process
  • Completing NCR's - No conformance reporting - investigating complaints, root cause analysis and providing feedback
  • Completing manual handling of goods-in and goods-out stock from pallets and unloading deliveries from pallets, completing necessary documentation
  • Enter stores area and organise stock from deliveries

Essential skills / experience / qualifications:

  • Administration experience/background or Stores/Warehouse background suitable for this role.
  • Essential to have competent IT Literacy skills - able to show professional email correspondence and complete data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills for supplier interaction
  • The role can be demanding at times with the workload, good organisation and time management skills required
