About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement investment strategies.
  • Conduct financial modelling, underwriting, and due diligence on real estate investments.
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends and identify investment opportunities and risks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry participants.
  • Manage transaction processes, including negotiations and deal closures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Monitor and enhance investment performance.
  • Provide portfolio updates and identify asset repositioning opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field is desired; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong experience in real estate investment or related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
  • Familiarity with real estate investment tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • The ability to synthesise data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Knowledge of real estate finance concepts.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


This role is based within central London with 4 days a week being office based and 1 day a week from home. There is a competitive base salary with a strong bonus potential and a full range of benefits.
