This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group as a Class 1 Night Driver and work with one of our largest National Clients in Lincoln. Our client provides domestic and international parcel delivery for high volume business customers. They provide end-to-end shipping solutions to help enable many e-commerce businesses.

Driver Responsibilities:

Driving a Class I vehicle, departing from LN6 9BJ - our Clients site in Lincoln. We require Drivers who demonstrate high integrity standards along with friendly customer service skills as this Client is a world leading parcel delivery service provider.

Driver requirements and skills:

* You should be happy to drive NIGHTS, commencing anytime between 1600 HRS and 2200 HRS
* You should be in possession of a HGV Class 1 (C+E) license, and valid Driver CPC & DIGI Cards
* You should have held your Class 1 licence for a MIN of 2 years and driven a Class 1 vehicle for at least 6 months prior to applying for this role
* Motoring convictions starting with the code SP for speeding offences are acceptable, up to a max. of 6 points. NB: no other endorsements / convictions are acceptable.
* Strong work ethic, reliable, flexible, Upbeat, self-motivated enthusiastic and resilient - are welcomed attributes in this role.
* Able to work on tight schedule whilst maintaining high safety standards throughout.
* You must have good geographical knowledge

* Continued professional development and in house DCPC periodic training will be provided [after a qualifying period]
