The Opportunity
As the Head Chef of our hotel, you will lead a team of talented culinary professionals, and be responsible for their management, training, and development to ensure exceptional standards are achieved.
Under your expert guidance, your team will showcase their culinary skills and knowledge to create unforgettable guest experiences. Our menu features a range of feel-good comfort foods, healthy options, and modern British and European cuisine.
You will be pivotal in monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins and will implement and maintain strict food safety and health and safety protocols to ensure statutory compliance.
As the Head Chef, you will lead and develop a passionate team of chefs, playing a crucial role in their professional growth. Your wealth of knowledge and experience will be shared to deliver culinary excellence and best practices.

Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume, hospitality environment
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Degree or diploma in culinary arts or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
