We pride ourselves on providing excellent support to our new to register colleagues by offering a comprehensive preceptorship programme, which aims to facilitate the transition of the student to the role of qualified practitioner by supporting the development of essential knowledge and skills.
As a registered nurse you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of high quality, effective, and compassionate nursing interventions. This includes assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of holistic and individualised care. This will be in line with local, Trust wide and national policies, procedures, values and behaviours.
Our preceptorship programme is well established and successful: we guide and support all Newly Qualified Nurses and ensure you have a structured period of transition to support you throughout your career.
