Summary

Due to internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a Senior Housing Options Officers, specialising in youth homelessness to join our established team. We are looking for someone with genuine commitment to multi agency working and collaboration to achieve the best possible outcomes for the young people we work with. Although predominantly, working with 16/17yr olds and care leavers, you will also work with some young people with complex needs who require additional support to access services. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple services and to collaborate with professionals from a variety of disciplines to collectively ensure the best possible outcomes for young people in Devon.




You will have a strong focus on customer service alongside the ability to think outside of the box and work effectively as part of a team. You will be able to manage difficult conversations, and have experience in delivering difficult messages effectively, whilst maintaining a good working relationship with your customer base and providing a supportive approach to the work. It is essential that you can work well as part of a team; and are experienced at building excellent working relationships with multiple agencies and disciplines, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.
