Summary
a) Clinical leadership of and full participation in the multi-disciplinary teams providing forensic mental health services to patients in the community and the Criminal Justice System b) The furthering of research, both in terms of personal projects and supervision of junior doctors as required. c) Responsibility for the professional supervision and management of junior medical staff including one hours personal supervision weekly of each trainee. d) The Consultant is expected to maintain Section 12 and AC approval. e) The Consultant will provide and receive cover for and from consultant colleagues on leave and absence. f) To be involved with teaching undergraduate medical students, junior doctors and others as appropriate.
