Summary
Have an excellent knowledge of using a variety of computer packages to include excel word. You will be responsible for entering of births, NIPE results, Neo-natal hearing screening, immunisations, the five universal health checks and ensuring all babies and children records are kept accurate on the Child Health Information system. Upload of school immunisations and development checks and running and sending of reports answering any telephone queries and distribution of post within the office. The successful applicant will report to the Deputy Child Health manager. The role will require the successful candidate to be able to manage their own workloads within the timeframes given and keep to deadlines as required. The successful candidate will develop excellent working relationships with colleagues in the North and Central West Midlands CHIS hubs, clinical teams, practice managers, health visitors and maternity units.
