Staff Nurse – RGN/RMN

Night Shifts | £23 per hour | 44 Hours per Week

They’re now looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join their night team full-time (44 hours per week). If you’re someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality care and enjoys working in a supportive, close-knit team, this could be the perfect next step in your nursing career.

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
  • Post-registration experience in a nursing home or older adults’ setting is essential
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care to older adults
  • Confident working independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care throughout the night
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Work closely with care teams to ensure residents’ individual needs are met
  • Act as a point of contact for families and external professionals during night hours
  • Promote a calm, comforting environment, supporting residents with empathy and professionalism
