Heritage Collections are looking to appoint a part-time (2 days a week) Learning Inside Enabler for sixteen months as part of a Museums Galleries Scotland funded project ‘Taking Museums Inside’.

What the job involves:

Play a key role in supporting us to develop and embed our Heritage Collections HMP Learning programmes over the next two years, funded by a Museums Galleries Scotland Development Fund grant.
Support the development of a dedicated handling collections resource.
Contribute to the design and delivering of learning sessions as part of our programmes in HMP Polmont, Perth, Edinburgh and Castle Huntly.


A bit about you:

Experience working in the criminal justice sector, community learning and development or education.
Ability to motivate and engage learners who may have negative experience of education.
An appetite to engage with people in a creative, personable and interactive manner.
