Summary
Advinia Healthcare are looking for a Quality Manager (preferably Registered Nurse qualified) based in the Oxford/London area to cover our Care Homes in the South.
This role will cover the following areas:
London
Oxford
Main Duties & Responsbilities:
Comply with Quality Assurance Framework that ensures that standards of Good Clinical Governance, safety netting and best practice are met.
Perform audits, process information and recommend appropriate actions, highlight the best practice. Audits will include all aspects of patient care such as results, post-operative care, onward referrals, etc.
Perform quality consultations audits at regular interval and report all findings and outcomes.
Peform quality audits in accordance to annual schedule
Promote continous improvment in the quality and safety of patient services
Promote monthly analysis and reporting of quality assurance
Promote an organisation culture that recongises issues of quality, risk and patient safety and adheres to policies and protocols. Champion and raise awareness at all levels.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous strong Home Management experience
Experience working in turnaround, quality improvement, and working at a regional level
Extensive knowlege of residential/nursing home setting
RGN qualified (preferable)
Ability to critically analyse data and solve problems as well as the ability to neogtiate and influence others
