Summary
M&E Technician / Coordinator
Office Location: Surrey
Salary: £30k - £50k (dependant on experience)
A company that has been established for over 25 years and is regarded as one of the UK’s leading names in CAD & BIM Services is presently on a recruitment drive. They are looking for various levels of engineers as they continue to expand due to the success they have experienced as a business.
Some of the duties involved:
- Producing co-ordinated services models to Stage 5
- Liaising with clients and design team members
- Raising of technical queries
- Maintaining project documentation
- Attending design team meetings to resolve design issues and queries
Some of the skills they are looking for:
- Extensive building services experience
- HNC qualification would be beneficial
- Fully conversant with the use of AutoCAD
- Experienced in 3D modelling
They specialise in coordination, design development and engineering of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services across the commercial sector as well as others. Offering an in house training scheme, they hold a strong reputation due to the level of their engineers and quality of their services.
