Summary

About the role:

Horsham District Council is looking for a Commercial Waste Sales Support Officer to be part of our Commercial Waste team to support the growth of the business.

As Commercial Waste Sales Support Officer you will be working with the Commercial Waste team to support the growth and retention of our commercial customer base, this will include providing excellent customer service and building rapport with customers and internal and external stakeholders.

You will be required to undertake warm lead marketing exercises and provide support to the Commercial Waste Manager on potential areas of growth or new commercial ventures within the Recycling and Waste department.

To succeed as Commercial Waste Sales Support Officer you will possess good communication and interpersonal skills as well as a pro-active approach and a flexible can-do attitude to assisting where required. You must be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to both businesses and residential customers.
