We currently have permanent vacancies in Nurseries and Schools covering as required on a backshift Monday to Friday between 3:00pm to 8:00pm as required.

Cardenden

Cardenden Primary School – 12.5 hours per week, 52-week contract working from 5.30pm to 8.00pm Monday to Friday.
Denend Primary School – 20 hours per week, 40-week contract working from 3.00pm to 7.00pm Monday to Friday.
Glenrothes

Primary Schools

Southwood Primary School – 2 posts at 10 hours per week, 52-week contract working from 6.00pm to 8.00pm Monday to Friday.
Southparks Primary School – 15 hours per week, 52-week contract working from 4.30pm to 7.30pm Monday to Friday.
High Schools

Glenrothes High School – 20 hours per week, 40-week contract working from 3.00pm to 7.00pm Monday to Friday.
Glenwood High School – 2 posts at 12 hours per week, 40-week contract working from 7.00am to 9.00am Monday to Saturday.
You will earn a competitive salary of £23,783.40 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:

We pay the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £12.67 per hour for this post, plus, extra payments for shift work, including weekends.
Pay is annualised for 40-week contracts (equal instalments every 4 week pay period)

This work is about ensuring pupils and staff can return to a clean and safe environment every school day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference. Once in post you will be working towards The Cleaning Operatives Proficiency Certificate.

The Person

No previous experience is required as on the job training is given.

You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.

Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
