Cleaner sought for Part time work in Hertford
Local cleaners sought to work in private households in Hertford (and other areas) carrying out general cleaning and other house cleaning duties. This is part-time up to a maximum of 16 hours a week, and often carried out while the homeowner is at work. The range of tasks done by cleaners depends on what the homeowner wants. But they can include any of the following and maybe more:
- dusting and polishing furniture
- cleaning windows
- vacuuming carpets
- mopping floor tiles
- ironing clothes
- washing up pots and pans
For the vacancy, you need:
- To enjoy carrying out practical tasks.
- To be reliable and hard-working.
- Know-how of using household cleaning equipment and materials.
- The ability to work without supervision.
- To have great cleaning standards.
- To work as part of a team with other cleaners, if required. Cleaners could be asked to do a one off spring clean for a special occasion. For example, washing down paintwork and walls, clean out cupboards and shampoo carpets. All cleaning products and materials are provided by the client. Payment shall be made on the day of each clean.
