Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
The post holder will:
• Support the Headteacher in the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school
• Promote the Catholic ethos and mission of the school in all aspects of school life
• Play a key role in raising standards and ensuring the best possible outcomes for all pupils
• Lead and manage key areas of school improvement, including curriculum development and teaching and learning
• Support and develop staff through high-quality professional development and coaching
• Take a lead role in safeguarding, SEND and behaviour
• Model exemplary classroom practice, providing support and challenge where needed
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, the parish and wider community
