What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an inspiring and dynamic KS1/KS2 Class Teacher (ECT’s welcome) to join our committed and enthusiastic team. We are seeking for a teacher who can: • Model and disseminate high quality teaching pedagogy and practice to secure consistently good or outstanding teaching and learning for our children • Have high principles and expectations of achievement and behaviour • Maintain a dynamic and inspiring learning environment • Have good interpersonal skills and able to work well as part of our staff team • Be committed to on-going professional development • Contribute to the wider life at the Academy • Share the Trust’s ethos of improving educational standards and the life chances of young people;
