Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end testing strategy and execution for product implementations from the product team into the project
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to define and deliver test plans aligned to release scope and timelines.
- Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration testing (SIT), and regression testing cycles.
- Refine and maintain a risk-based test strategy covering functional, non-functional, and integration aspects.
- Establish and manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution processes.
- Coordinate with cutover and release teams to ensure test coverage of go-live scenarios.
- Provide clear reporting on test progress, quality metrics, risks, and readiness.
- Continuously improve testing practices, tools, and automation to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Act as a champion for quality within the implementation programme and across the business to improve confidence of solution within programme
Experience required:
- Proven experience in test management or quality assurance roles within enterprise software or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of testing processes including SIT, UAT, regression, and test automation.
- Experience working in Agile, and hybrid delivery environments.
- Excellent coordination, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Zephyr or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
