Summary
About Lottie Shaw’s
The desire to revisit a beloved family recipe—the Yorkshire Parkin cake, a cherished regional bonfire night treat—sparked the creation of the Lottie Shaw’s brand. Lottie was confident that once people tasted her authentic sticky ginger cake, a delicious blend of oatmeal, ginger, and black treacle, it would become a favourite enjoyed throughout the year. Indeed, the rest is history!
Named the 'Official Taste of Yorkshire' in 2018, Lottie Shaw’s operates from a state-of-the-art, 12,500 sq ft bakery in Brighouse. Combining sustainable practices with pride and passion for traditional scratch baking, Lottie Shaw’s continues to produce award-winning treats that embody the authentic taste of Yorkshire home baking.
Since last year, Lottie Shaw’s has become part of Jacksons’ and William Jackson Food Group’s family, bringing together two cherished Yorkshire family-run businesses. Now is an exciting time to join our craft bakery!
