The Role: As our Whisky Sommelier, you'll be:
-Curating and managing our extensive whisky collection
-Creating memorable whisky tasting experiences
-Educating guests about Scotland's finest whiskies
-Training staff on whisky knowledge and service
-Developing innovative whisky-focused experiences
-Contributing to our beverage program development
-Hosting exclusive whisky masterclasses
Essential Requirements:
-Extensive knowledge of Scottish whisky and global spirits
-Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment
-WSET qualifications (or equivalent)
-Excellence in guest relations
-Strong presentation and communication skills
-Passion for Scottish heritage and culture
-Ability to work flexible hours
