We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Store Manager to join our team at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill Northallerton. Our store is located in the charming town of Northallerton, known for its welcoming atmosphere, local heritage, and excellent transport links. This popular market town, situated in the heart of North Yorkshire, attracts both local shoppers and visitors looking to explore the beauty of the surrounding area.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a performance-driven culture.
• Operational Management: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively.
