Summary
Job description:
Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions in Construction Management.
Ensure course content meets the occupational standards at or above the level
being taught.
Incorporate industry best practices into teaching materials and methods.
Ensure proper assessments and feedback for the students as per the
assessment criteria set by the awarding organisation.
Person specification:
Essential:
Occupational Knowledge: Must have verifiable knowledge of construction
management at or above the level being taught.
Qualifications: Must hold a recognised teaching/training or assessor
qualification.
Teaching and Assessment experience: Must have teaching and
assessment experience for similar subject in the UK
Team Work: Must be a collaborative team player and must be able to meet
assessment deadlines set by the assessment plan.
Desirable:
Maintain a record of Continuous Personal Development (CPD).
Sector specific recognised qualification
Master Degree/PhD in relevant filed
