Summary
Photocopier Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Photocopier Engineer for a leading MPS organisation. Our company is a growing and forward-thinking service provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers
Supporting customers and other engineers
Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
Providing an exceptional customer service
Installing and Networking MFDs and Printers
Essential Experience:
It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
Excellent IT / Networking skills
Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
Great time management and ability to work under pressure
PaperCut Software Installation Essential
Desirable Experience
Manufacturer trained on either Konica, Canon, Utax, HP, Samsung
Experience on IT solutions (Papercut etc)
Wage dependent on experience
