Summary

HGV Class 2 Ro-Ro Driver

Industry: Environment

Location: Isle of Wight

Hours: 8am - 7pm Friday, 7am - 6pm Saturday & Sunday, 10am - 9pm Monday

Days: Friday - Monday

Duration: Temporary ongoing, immediate start ( may be temp to perm for the right candidate)

Duties:

Complete daily vehicle and plant checks, logging faults on system and reporting defects to workshop,
Loading and transporting Skips and containers to and from household waste recycling centres and waste treatment plant.
Operation of plant
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Experience:

Must have valid HGV Class 2 licence, CPC and tachograph.
Must have previous Roll on/ roll/off experience.
Experience of the island’s road network is preferred.
Must have a good understanding of health and safety and the ability to use computerised systems.

Salary: £14.03 per hour
