Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Development: Drive local brand awareness and image across various segments and products, aligning with corporate branding strategy.
- Lead Conversion: Execute and follow up on plans to convert Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Leads in the B2B construction market.
- Sales Support: Prioritise sales support and activation activities, working closely with the commercial director and sales team.
- Content Creation: Develop and coordinate marketing tools and content, including PR, technical articles, case studies, and blogs.
- Digital Marketing: Manage content platforms, create new content items, and enhance online conversions and SEO rankings.
- Event Management: Organise and attend trade shows and events, ensuring effective follow-up on collected leads.

Skills and Competencies:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, or Business.
- Experience: B2B marketing experience is advantageous.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in the full marketing mix, including print, online, social, and digital.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and drive revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
