Summary

Fixed Term - 12 months



The HR Business Partner will play a significant role in Sunderland City Counciland#39;s transformational journey, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees across the Council. This role involves supporting managers in delivering challenging objectives and advising leaders and elected Members on complex people-related matters. Assistance in the review and maintenance of HR Policies, and Procedures, Project support and the design and delivery of HR training packages are also key features of this role.
