Assistant Contract Surveyor – Immediate Requirement
Location: Site-based in Buckinghamshire
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + package (DOE)
Start Date: Immediate

I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-respected housebuilder for an Assistant Contract Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major residential development in Buckinghamshire. The project will deliver 300+ new homes across several phases over the next 6 years.

This is a great opportunity for a driven individual to work alongside an experienced Senior Surveyor, gaining exposure on a large-scale, traditional build scheme.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a construction-related field (beneficial)

  
  

• Main Contracting experience preferred.

  
  

• 1–3 years’ experience in a commercial role

  
  

• Enthusiastic, detail-focused and keen to progress in a fast-paced environment
