Commercial Gas Engineer - Glasgow City Centre - Salary up to £43,000 DOE
CBW is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading facilities management company working in a prestigious commercial building in the heart of Glasgow City Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform service, repair, and maintenance tasks across a portfolio of commercial properties.
- Deliver both reactive and planned maintenance work.
- Conduct smaller installations independently.
- Diagnose faults and determine the best solutions for repair or replacement.
- Order and fit necessary parts or components as required.
- Maintain various commercial gas systems and ensure full functionality.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
About You:
- Experienced in commercial maintenance, particularly with business-critical equipment.
- Possess valid commercial gas qualifications (essential).
- Post-apprenticeship experience in a maintenance-focused role.
- Confident working independently on fault finding and repairs.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing approach.
- Proven track record in maintaining commercial buildings and systems.
