We're currently recruiting for an experienced Drainage Operative to join a well-established team in Reading working across commercial and domestic sites.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering job stability, independence, and the chance to join a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unblocking drains and carrying out drainage surveys

  • Using camera equipment to assess and diagnose issues

  • Working independently - jobs assigned each morning via an app

  • Travelling to multiple sites each day to complete scheduled tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous drainage experience is essential

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures

  • Must be comfortable wearing full PPE

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
