Summary
We are looking for an experienced warehouse cleaner and general maintenance person to join our team working towards a temp to perm position.
Our client who are a leader in the packaging industry and they are currently looking for someone new to join their team.
This will be a completely varied role throughout the week and not just involve cleaning. There will be an element of maintenance involved throughout the week. Tasks you can expect to complete will involve (but not be restricted) are:
• Emptying bins/recycling
• Removing plastic waste
• Hoovering/moping/buffing floors
• Re-filling PPE
• Clean internal windows
• Remove broken pallets
• Help with unloading when required
• Toilet cleaning
• Painting as required
• Outdoor and office cleaning
• General maintenance
Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
If you are successful with this position it will be full time and ongoing.
You must be flexible throughout the week and as the role evolves. Initially you will work Monday to Friday hours possibly between 07:00 – 16:00 but hours could be longer or shorted depending on what is required that day.
You will be on a starting rate of £12.21 per hour.
28 days a year holiday pro rata.
