Summary
Role: Commercial Manager
Location: Winchester
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Duties:
- Oversee all commercial aspects of the project, including budgets, contracts, and procurement
- Provide strategic guidance to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals to drive excellence and achieve project goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as the Senior Surveyor / Managing Surveyor / Commercial Manager within the construction industry
- Healthcare project experience
- Good understanding of the NEC form of contract
- Tier 1 main contractor experience
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure
