Summary
Joiner required to work in Balborough in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations.
The Client
Our client is an award winning sub-contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.
The Role
Main duties are installing fire doors, traditional internal doors and kitchens.
The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is for 3 weeks.
- £23 per hour CIS OR Umbrella payment
- Street Parking
- Work with a reputable social housing contractor who work on various schemes in the Yorkshire and Midlands region
- Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Joiner
- Social housing experience
- Own Tools
- Own Transport
- You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
