Your new role
As a New Build Conveyancer you will provide precise and efficient services to House Builder clients, managing plot sales from reservation through to post-completion. You'll be responsible for preparing contract packs, addressing client enquiries, and ensuring all client deadlines are met or exceeded.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need a keen eye for detail and at least two years of experience in residential conveyancing transactions, particularly specialising in new-build conveyancing. Being self-motivated and adaptable will help you thrive in a dynamic team environment.
