Summary
Our Client:
Hays are working with a long-time client to find a talented and experienced freelance site manager to oversee their long-term refurbishment project of a retail store in the Northwich area, which will run for approximately 10 + weeks. This role will see you No. 1 on site and working independently to ensure programming is met and handover is on time and price.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain H&S on site
- Coordinate subcontractors on site
- Ensure programming and budgeting are adhered to
What you'll have:
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are essential
- Previous experience on refurbishment projects is essential
- UK-based experience is essential
- Previous Site Management experience
- Live within a commutable distance of Northwich
