Summary
St Cuthberts RC High School are currently seeking a Catering assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust.
Daily duties will include:
- assisting with the basic preparation of food which may include some cooking. Setting up of the servery counters for lunch and operating a till throughout break and lunch times.
- Daily cleaning of the kitchen including washing up, sweeping and mopping.
- Serve pupils and staff in line with school requirements and report any inappropriate behaviour in line with the behaviour policy.
- To encourage children to take a balanced meal, especially those on special or restricted diets.
- To be aware of children on special or restricted diets for medical reasons or children with allergies.
