BCA Measham or BCA Nottingham location
Salary £27,800 - £32,000 per annum + bonus + benefits depending on experience
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

BCA are looking for an Sales Account Executive to manage a large portfolio of designated single vehicle and small volume customers to ensure their stock is processed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Efficient stock Management: Ensure vehicles are processed, presented and reported to agreed standards for single vehicle and small volume vendors. Maintain service levels within SLA.
Using stock reports, ensure vehicles have been received and processed efficiently within the BCA branch network. Highlight and escalate necessary actions and issues to ensure vehicles are sale-ready focusing on KPI’s.
Ensure Accurate, high-quality vehicle information is captured and optimised for remarketing of customers assets. Allocation of vehicles to the sale programme according to the set parameters, updating internal stakeholders to ensure the sale operation run smoothly.
Sales Growth: Increase sales volume by identifying and pursuing opportunities. Lead vendor communications to support customers with vehicle valuations to influence days to sell and provide feedback for customer retention and growth.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise available data to track KPI’s and create comprehensive reports on activity, sales performance, and opportunities for continual efficiency improvements.
Problem-Solving: Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring resolutions aligned with company policies and enhance client satisfaction.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Skills

Experience working with sales/negotiations/ used vehicle valuations
