### The Role
At Link, our people drive our success. As we grow, we’re committed to helping our team reach their full potential.

This Business Analyst role is crucial within Link’s Digital Transformation team, supporting delivery of our Business Sustainability Plan, Digital Strategy, and Operational Plan. You’ll gather and analyse operational data to enhance systems and processes, provide reports and recommendations, and assess the potential impact of proposed changes.

You’ll help define, baseline, and report on business benefits through the transformation journey, ensuring the value to both staff and customers remains central. The role involves working with complex datasets and capturing insight through stakeholder consultation, MS Forms, and data analysis.

### About You
You are an experienced Business Analyst with a relevant degree and over two years’ experience in the field. You actively pursue continuous personal and professional development.

Your knowledge of Agile, Prince2, and Lean methodologies enables you to thrive in collaborative, dynamic environments. You have strong stakeholder management skills and are adept at supporting stakeholders to identify and articulate business requirements.

You demonstrate critical thinking and challenge assumptions to deliver better outcomes. You can work with large datasets (quantitative and qualitative), analyse complex information, and present it in a clear, actionable format.

You document processes using tools like Visio, flowcharts, and wireframes, and understand how to define and measure business benefits. You’re confident using Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint) and writing functional design documents to support technical teams.

Your facilitation and communication skills help you engage stakeholders and extract meaningful insights. You understand the full software development lifecycle and are aware of how ERP systems can deliver strategic value.

In return, we offer a supportive and transparent working environment, with opportunities for innovation and creativity aligned with our values: Responsibility, Empathy, Social Impact, Participate, Equity, Challenge, and Transparency.
