Contract: Permanent Salary: £41,486 per annum Per Annum Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 40We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our supportive team at Oakdene Care Home, Three Legged Cross, Wimborne – a home that provides high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care in a warm, welcoming environment.

What our Deputy Manager will Do
As our Deputy Manager, you'll split your time between hands-on leadership on the floor and supernumerary responsibilities alongside the Home Manager. Your role will include:
- Coaching and motivating care and clinical teams to deliver excellent person-centred care
- Maintaining clinical oversight and upholding the highest care standards
- Supporting audits, quality assurance, and service improvement initiatives
- Leading by example to foster a positive, caring team culture
- Helping shape the ongoing development of the home
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a senior care role – such as Deputy Manager or Team Leader – ideally with a background in dementia care, who is looking to develop within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
