Exmouth Leisure Centre, part of the LED Group, is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic lifeguards to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
Supervise swimming activities to ensure everyone’s safety
Enforce pool safety regulations and assist customers as needed
Administer first aid and CPR in emergencies
Perform pool maintenance checks to ensure cleanliness and water quality
Work as part of a supportive team dedicated to creating a positive environment
What You Need:
✅ RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Strong swimming ability and confidence in deep water
✅ Excellent teamwork and communication skills
✅ Passion for customer service and safety
✅ Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
